ParagonCorp is seeking an analytical and collaborative Fulfillment Operations Lead to monitor and optimize cluster performance in Jakarta. You will coordinate across Commercial, Stock Management, and Fulfillment Ops teams to align demand with capacity and drive efficiency.

The role requires 3–5 years in logistics or operations, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong data-driven decision skills. Field visits and a fast-paced environment are expected for continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, fulfillment, operations, or business operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; translate data into actions.
• Good understanding of fulfillment, distribution, inventory, and operational processes.
• Strong ability to manage operational KPIs, service levels, productivity, and cost.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and orchestrate cluster fulfillment of performance across service level, productivity, capacity, and cost.
• Analyze the gap between current performance and business targets and drive improvements with stakeholders.
• Bridge commercial demand with fulfillment capability by collaborating with Commercial, Stock Management, and Fulfillment Ops teams.
• Monitor business dynamics and translate demand, customer behavior, and priorities into fulfillment actions.
• Define and monitor fulfillment of service standards (OTIFQ) across channels within the cluster.
• Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency, including manpower, supply, and third-party costs.
• Lead cluster fulfillment improvement initiatives and pilots to enhance service, productivity, and scalability.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions to resolve capacity gaps and operational issues.
• Develop data-driven insights to support fulfillment and business decisions.
