Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a senior FP&A leader based in North Jakarta, Indonesia, to govern planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across Indonesian operations. This role requires a hands-on professional who can standardize planning frameworks across multiple units, oversee data consolidation, and provide insights for strategic investment and cost optimization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
8–10 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or management reporting experience.
Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, manufacturing, or high-volume consumer businesses.
Senior hands-on FP&A role with budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and reporting responsibilities.
Strong ability to build complex financial models and planning frameworks.

Responsibilities

Lead annual operating plan (AOP), budgeting, long-term planning, and rolling forecasts across units.
Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, scenario analysis, and strategic decisions.
Consolidate data across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and commercial channels into management reports.
