Job summary

ATFX is seeking a focused business development leader to generate and engage with partners, building new business paths. You will leverage strong communication to connect with brokers, IBs, and institutional clients, driving strategic initiatives and partnerships across markets.

The ideal candidate has extensive forex/financial trading experience, proven leadership, and the ability to execute growth strategies while maintaining client-facing excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years experiences in the forex or financial trading industry
• 3+ years experiences in management position
• Client-facing duties such as customer service or sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Written and spoken English is preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify partnership opportunities
• Develop new relationships to grow the business and expand the company
• Prospect potential individual brokers and connect with them for service offerings
• Recruit and maintain strong relationships with IBs, institutional clients, and channel partners
• Organize and participate in events, webinars, and meetings to engage with business partners
