Job summary

Pluang is seeking a PPGR Manager to build and maintain relationships with policymakers and associations to advocate for aligned policies. The role provides an early warning system for regulatory developments impacting the business.

The candidate will assess regulatory issues, map stakeholders, translate complex rules, and lead cross-functional public policy projects, including administrative support and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the financial sector and its ecosystem.
• Experience managing advocacy projects in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to communicate complex issues in clear language for diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel for meetings outside the office.

Responsibilities

• Assess potential regulatory issues and develop a strategic advocacy plan.
• Design a Stakeholder Mapping Report identifying policymakers, regulators, associations and third parties.
• Translate complex regulations into clear, actionable guidance for internal teams and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Manage cross-functional public policy projects with external stakeholders.
• Support team with administrative matters.
