TikTok in Public Policy and Government Relations (PPGR) seeks a Public Policy Manager to lead government engagement for its SEA data centre portfolio. You will coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive regulatory liaison and strategic policy initiatives that support expansion and protect key infrastructure.

Formación

• 5+ years dedicated policy advocacy experience.
• Strong understanding of public policy and regulatory issues in tech/infrastructure.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong research, analysis, and writing skills.
• Experience working across functions with cross-functional leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead data centre government relations initiatives and liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and execute government engagement strategy aligned with expansion plans.
• Track legislation, regulations, and standards impacting data centre projects.
• Prepare briefing materials, talking points, and decks for meetings with government bodies.
• Coordinate with Legal, GR, and project teams on inquiries and compliance.
• Produce dashboards, status reports, and executive briefings.
