Job summary

Keppel Land is seeking a Finance Business Partner Executive to support business units with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting across assets. You will prepare monthly management reports, monitor variances, and provide insights to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Corporate Finance, or similar roles.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and P&L analysis skills.
• Experience in asset management, real estate, property, or related industries preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for assets.
• Monitor budget utilization and analyze variances vs. actuals.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports including asset performance.
• Consolidate and analyze P&L results and provide commentary on drivers.
• Support financial reviews, identify risks, opportunities, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to provide financial insights for decision-making.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses for budgeting and investment evaluations.
