Job summary

ParagonCorp is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support the Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) Directorate. You will deliver financial reports, conduct cost analyses, and monitor spending against budgets to identify variances and opportunities for cost optimization.

You will ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and internal policies, perform CapEx cost analyses, and collaborate with real estate, procurement, and facility teams to support due diligence in property transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or real estate financial management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and cost analysis.
• Understanding of real estate finance, lease accounting (IFRS 16), and facility management costs.
• Proficiency with financial systems (SAP, Oracle, Power BI, or similar tools) and strong Excel-based financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for presenting financial data.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic corporate environment.
