Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a GPA of 3.00 or higher.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting and/or Financial Reporting.
Proven experience leading a team.

Responsibilities

Prepare financial reports from the Company's Financial Statements on monthly, quarterly, and annual bases.
Prepare financial performance reports related to budget achievement on a monthly, quarterly, and annual schedule.
Prepare management reports on operating unit performance.
Monitor and control costs within operating units.
Identify trends in cost data to support optimization recommendations.
Coordinate with stakeholders across the company to review operating unit performance.
Participate in annual budgets for specific business units.
