Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with GPA ≥3.00 (4.0 scale) is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting and/or financial reporting.
• Experience leading a team is preferred.
• Familiarity with data integration/analysis tools (KNIME, Power BI) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports from the company’s statements.
• Prepare reports on budget achievement and variances at regular intervals.
• Prepare management reports on operating unit performance.
• Monitor and control costs within operating units.
• Identify cost trends and provide optimization recommendations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across the company to review operating unit performance.
• Assist in annual budgeting for specific business units.
