Arysun Energy Group is hiring an Assistant Finance Manager to establish and oversee our financial operations. This role blends hands-on management of daily finance activities with strategic budgeting, reporting, compliance, and investor-relations support.

Responsibilities include managing accounting, AP/AR, payroll, taxes, and financial reporting while ensuring regulatory compliance and partnering with leadership on strategic decisions. A CPA/CFA is preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounting, AP/AR, payroll, and tax.
• Develop and monitor company budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and reporting requirements.
• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights for decision-making.
• Support investor relations, fundraising processes, and due diligence.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.
• Implement financial systems, policies, and controls to support scaling.
