Job summary

ARYADUTA Hotel Group seeks a Financial Controller to lead all financial operations for the property, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and local regulations. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, internal controls, and cost management to drive profitability.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will partner with the Executive Committee to provide financial insight, optimize operations, and safeguard assets while guiding long-term financial performance across the hotel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, CPA/ACCA/CIMA preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive finance/accounting experience in hospitality.
• Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal/external/regulatory audits and ensure SOP compliance.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and ensure proper documentation.
• Manage P&L accuracy and timely financial reporting to stakeholders.
• Drive budgeting and forecasting, analyze trends, and present insights.
