Job summary

Speedwork is seeking a Finance, Accounting and Tax Manager to support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives across the organization. You will work with department heads to allocate resources, monitor expenses, and prepare insightful financial reports for senior management and the board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Professional certifications (CPA/ACCA/CMA) are a plus.
• 3–5 years in auditing, accounting or finance with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of PSAK, IFRS and tax regulations.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks or similar financial software.
• Experience preparing budgets, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Available for placement in Tangerang.

Responsibilities

• Assist in budgets and forecasts with department heads.
• Monitor actual expenses against budgets and provide variance analysis.
• Provide recommendations for cost control and profitability.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial reports for management and board meetings.
• Lead or participate in special financial projects (e.g., mergers, acquisitions, new business strategies).
