Job summary

Adhya Group seeks an analytical Assistant Regional Group Head to support finance and business planning activities. The role involves building financial models, forecasting, and preparing investment papers for strategic decisions.

You will work closely with the Regional Group Head to ensure timely delivery of reports and presentations for management reviews. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in FP&A, strong numbers, and the ability to translate raw data into actionable insights for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, FP&A, Management Accounting, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and financial modelling.
• Able to prepare ROI, PBP, BEP, cash flow, forecast, and project feasibility analysis.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Experience in hospitality, F&B, property, or investment-related businesses would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Regional Group Head in preparing ROI, PBP, BEP, IRR, and other investment feasibility calculations.
• Prepare financial forecasts, business projections, cash flow projections, and P&L simulations.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze financial and operational data from various business units.
• Assist in preparing business proposals, investment papers, and presentation decks for internal and external meetings.
• Support the Regional Group Head in preparing materials for management meetings, investment discussions, and business reviews.
