Job summary

Adhya Group is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented finance professional to support the Portfolio Group Head in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic presentations.

You will prepare ROI calculations, payback period analysis, BEP, cash flow projections, and P&L simulations, consolidating data from multiple units to deliver clear business insights for investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Analyst, Accounting, Finance, FP&A, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and financial modelling.
• Able to prepare ROI, PBP, BEP, cash flow, forecast, and project feasibility analysis.
• Experience in hospitality, F&B, property, or investment-related businesses.
• Experience with Power BI would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial forecasts, business projections, cash flow projections, and P&L simulations.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze financial and operational data from various business units.
