PT Pandurasa Kharisma, a leading FMCG distributor, seeks a strategic Head of Finance, Accounting & Tax to steer the company's financial governance, accounting, and tax functions from Jakarta. You will oversee reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and internal controls while partnering with Sales, Operations, Procurement, and IT to drive profitability.

The role requires strong SAP experience, PSAK/IFRS knowledge, and 8–10 years in finance with 3–5 in leadership, preferably in import and distribution.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounting, with 3–5 years in a managerial or Head-level position.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an import and distribution company is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in corporate tax management and tax compliance.
• Strong hands-on experience and working knowledge of SAP is mandatory.
• Experience in PSAK/IFRS and Indonesian tax regulations.

Aufgaben

• Lead and oversee the Finance, Accounting & Tax functions end-to-end.
• Ensure accurate monthly and annual financial reporting per PSAK/IFRS.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and financial performance analysis.
• Oversee cash flow, liquidity, working capital, receivables, payables, and overall financial efficiency.
• Take ownership of corporate tax management and compliance, including PPN, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25, tax reconciliation, tax reporting, and annual corporate income tax returns.
• Manage relationships with tax consultants, external auditors, and tax authorities.
• Oversee financial and accounting activities related to import and distribution, including landed cost and inventory valuation.
• Monitor inventory performance and aging, reconciliation, and provision requirements.
• Provide financial analysis by brand, customer, sales channel, and business unit to improve profitability.
• Establish internal controls, policies, procedures, and risk management.
• Lead SAP/ERP optimization and automation of finance processes.
• Support financial due diligence, fundraising, and other strategic initiatives.
