Job summary

HRnetOne is seeking a seasoned CFO/Finance Director to lead the Finance & Accounting function at group level in Indonesia. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, treasury, tax, and cash flow, while strengthening FP&A and strategic planning to support key decisions.

You will act as a strategic business partner to senior management, overseeing multiple units, improving controls, and developing the finance organization to enable growth and value creation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as CFO/Finance Director at group or holding level.
• Strong exposure to multiple units or entities with finance oversight.
• Blend of operational and strategic finance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the full Finance & Accounting function at group level.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, treasury, tax, and cash-flow management.
• Strengthen FP&A and strategic financial planning with actionable insights.
• Partner with senior management on business strategy and potential M&A.
• Lead and develop the group finance organization and processes.
