Job summary

PT Expat Roasters Indonesia in Bali seeks a senior Finance Manager to oversee accounting, reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. You will drive timely closings, manage cash flow forecasting, and coordinate with department heads to optimize financial performance.

You will ensure Indonesian tax compliance, liaise with auditors, and implement cost-efficiency initiatives across the organization. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; professional certification (Brevet Pajak, CPA/CA) an advantage.
• Minimum 7 years of accounting/finance experience; multi-entity and F&B/retail experience an advantage.
• Proficient in Accurate Online and advanced Excel.
• Strong working knowledge of Indonesian tax and financial reporting regulations.
• Accurate and detail-oriented, with high reporting quality standards.
• Clear, proactive communicator, both internally and externally.
• Able to collaborate cross-functionally to resolve shared problems, rather than avoiding them.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports by the 20th of each month.
• Reconcile reports and ensure accuracy before submission to management.
• Manage timely monthly and annual close processes.
• Prepare the annual budget and monthly cash flow forecasts with department heads.
• Monitor budget realization against targets and report variances.
• Support preparation of financing/credit pitch materials including DSCR projections.
• Monitor AR aging and coordinate with Sales to accelerate collections.
• Manage accounts payable and align with cash flow strategy.
• Ensure tax compliance, statutory reporting, and internal controls with Indonesian regulations.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and legal counsel.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve financial issues across departments.
• Communicate financial conditions clearly to supervisors, colleagues, and external parties (suppliers, partners).
• Identify and drive cost-efficiency initiatives across departments with each HOD.
