Job summary

PT Bon Cafe Indonesia is seeking a Finance & Operations Support Director to oversee financial management, budgeting, taxation, procurement, administration, and HR support, ensuring operations are well-controlled, efficient, and aligned with strategic objectives.

This leadership role partners with the Executive Director and department heads to deliver accurate financial reporting, robust internal controls, cash flow planning, and compliant governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional qualification in Finance/Accounting is an advantage.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably with managerial or senior leadership experience.
• Experience in MNC corporate environment will be an added advantage;
• Good knowledge of ACCURATE ERP/accounting systems, Microsoft Office Tools (word, excel, powerpoint)
• Good knowledge of AI-tools deployment (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc)
• Strong experience in Finance, Accounting, Budgeting, Cash Flow, Tax, Procurement, and Administration.
• Experience managing cross-functional support teams is preferred.
• Good understanding of Indonesian accounting, taxation, and business regulations.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Company's Finance and Accounting activities, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, fixed assets, and other financial accounts
• Develop and monitor financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Lead the annual budgeting and financial planning process and prepare financial forecasts and cash flow projections
• Monitor the Company's daily and projected cash position and ensure sufficient liquidity to support business operations
• Oversee the Company's tax compliance and reporting obligations, ensuring timely calculation, payment, and filing of applicable taxes
• Oversee the Company's procurement process for goods and services, ensuring procurement activities are conducted transparently and efficiently
• Oversee general administration and office support activities, ensuring Company offices, facilities, equipment, and administrative resources are properly maintained
• Lead and manage the Finance & Operations Support team, establishing clear objectives, responsibilities, and performance standards
• Act as a financial and operational business partner to the Executive Director, providing financial analysis to support strategic and operational decisions
