Job summary

Maju Makmur Group in Biak, Papua, Indonesia is seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager with at least 5 years in a FAM role. You will lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, tax, AR/AP, auditing, and internal controls within retail or multi-store operations.

The ideal candidate will command in-depth knowledge of retail inventory, COGS, margins, stock variance and working capital, plus the ability to develop business plans and financial projections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Finance & Accounting Manager role.
• Experience in Retail, FMCG, Distribution or multi-store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Manage cash flow, taxation, AR/AP, auditing and internal controls.
• Oversee retail inventory, COGS, gross margin, stock variance and working capital.
• Develop business plans, annual budgets and financial projections.
• Translate financial data into actionable strategies to support expansion and profitability.
• Deliver board-ready financial reports and analyses.
• Build and develop a high-performing finance team.
