Job summary

PT. Wahana Karya Bersaudara (Fashion Retail) seeks a seasoned Finance Manager to oversee all finance and accounting activities in Jakarta. You will ensure accurate recording, timely financial statements, and robust cash flow management.

Role requires at least 5 years in finance, strong leadership, tax knowledge, and proficiency in Excel and accounting software. You will guide budgeting, cost control, and audit readiness while driving financial efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 5 years of experience in finance and accounting; supervisory or managerial role preferred.
• Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, taxation, and financial reconciliation.
• Knowledgeable regarding current tax regulations and accounting standards.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, honest, decisive, responsible, and with high integrity.
• Capable of working toward targets and effectively managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all of the company's finance and accounting activities.
• Ensure that financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly and annual financial statements.
• Manage the company's cash flow, budget, and expenditures.
• Ensure that company payments and receipts are processed in accordance with established procedures.
• Supervise bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Ensure that the company's tax reporting and obligations comply with applicable regulations.
• Monitor operational costs and provide recommendations to improve financial efficiency.
• Lead, direct, and evaluate the performance of the finance and accounting team.
• Ensure that all financial documents and reports are organized and readily available for audit purposes.
