Job summary

The Luxury Collection in Labuan Bajo seeks a Management-level Sales & Marketing leader to guide the property's segmented sales efforts (group, transient, association, corporate) and to implement the segment sales strategy. Qualifications

• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 3 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.
• OR
• 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 1 year experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes sales strategies across segments (group, transient, association, corporate).
• Maximizes revenue by setting and guiding booking goals for the sales team.
• Manages sales activities including proposals, contracts, and customer communications.
• Analyzes market information and uses sales systems to reach revenue and catering targets.
• Maintains exceptional customer service, gathering feedback and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Builds and sustains relationships with internal and external stakeholders; collaborates with related channels.
