Job summary

La Santa Rosa is seeking a detail-oriented Cost Control Officer to join the Purchasing team. You will oversee the full procurement cycle—from sourcing and purchasing through receiving, inventory management, and financial cost analysis—ensuring we operate efficiently while maintaining guest expectations.

Ideal candidates have experience in purchasing or cost control within hospitality, strong numerical skills, negotiation ability, and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, plus good English

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing, cost control, or inventory — hospitality/F&B preferred.
• Strong numerical skills and comfort with financial and variance reports.
• Solid negotiation ability and supplier relationship management.
• Proficient in inventory systems and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work cross-functionally.
• Good command of English.
