Job summary

PT Bank Nano Syariah is seeking a strategic Relationship Manager to spearhead the corporate funding portfolio and drive growth in line with the bank's targets. You will develop and expand new corporate client portfolios through acquisition and networking, while maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.

This role requires deep knowledge of corporate funding products and financial analysis, with a proactive, independent, and collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• S1 degree in any major, preferably Economics, Management, Accounting, or Business.
• 2–4 years of RM experience in Corporate Funding or Institutional Banking.
• Extensive network with corporate companies, SOEs, financial institutions, or foundations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with target orientation.
• Deep understanding of corporate financial analysis and funding products.
• Proactive, high initiative, able to work independently or in teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand new corporate client portfolios through active acquisition and networking.
• Maintain strong long-term relationships with existing corporate clients.
• Market and offer corporate funding products per client needs.
• Conduct financial needs analysis and provide competitive funding solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company risk management policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and client service.
