Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 2–3 years of experience in corporate communications or events.
• Excellent written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience in financial services is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement corporate communication strategies across channels to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
• Plan, coordinate and execute corporate events (conferences, seminars, product launches, internal celebrations).
• Manage media relations and liaise with external stakeholders to boost visibility.
• Create engaging internal communications to foster employee engagement and strengthen culture.
• Oversee event logistics: venue selection, vendors, budgeting and on-site coordination.
• Produce press releases, newsletters, presentations and marketing collateral.
• Monitor and evaluate campaigns and events, providing insights for improvement.
• Support crisis communication and maintain stakeholder relationships during challenges.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor communication solutions.
