Job summary

FinAccel is seeking a strategic Content Marketing Specialist to lead end-to-end content initiatives that drive engagement and strengthen brand presence across in-app, newsletters, push notifications, social media and our website. You will shape messaging and ensure consistency with business goals.

You will collaborate with Growth, Product, Social Media and Creative teams to analyze performance metrics, refine content plans, and deliver impactful content across channels.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in marketing, especially in-app campaigns.
• Ability to develop original content that aligns with business objectives.
• Strong copywriting skills and the ability to adapt messaging across channels.
• Strong data analysis skills to use performance metrics for content decisions.
• Experience with content management systems and customer engagement platforms.
• Good understanding of social media and creative design.

Responsibilities

• Develop, strategize, and execute content that supports marketing campaign objectives while aligning with brand identity.
• Create campaign calendars to plan content production and distribution across all channels (in-app, newsletter, push, social media, website).
• Oversee the creation, editing and publishing of content across channels.
• Analyze content and campaign performance using relevant metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with Growth, Product, Social Media and Creative teams to plan and execute campaigns.
