Job summary

Kredivo is seeking a strategic and creative Content Marketing Specialist to lead end-to-end content strategies that drive engagement, strengthen brand presence, and support marketing campaigns across in-app, email, push, social and web channels.

You will work with Growth, Product, Social Media and Creative teams to develop and publish compelling content, analyze performance, and continuously optimize messaging in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on in-app campaigns.
• Ability to develop original content aligned with business objectives.
• Strong copywriting across multiple channels and audiences.
• Data-driven decision making using performance metrics.
• Experience with content management systems and customer engagement platforms.
• Solid understanding of social media and creative design.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

This role is key in shaping how our brand communicates across multiple digital channels, ensuring every piece of content is impactful, consistent, and aligned with business goals.

About The Job:

• Develop, strategize, and execute content that supports marketing campaign objectives while aligning with the brand identity.
• Develop and maintain campaign calendars to plan content production and distribution across all channels (in-app, newsletter, push notification, social media and website).
• Oversee the creation, editing and publishing of the content across all channels.
• Analyze content and campaign performance using relevant metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Work closely with Growth, Product, Social Media and Creative teams to develop and execute the campaign

About You:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing especially in-app marketing campaigns.
• Ability to develop original content that aligns with business objectives.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt messaging across different channels and audiences.
• Strong data analysis skills and the ability to use performance metrics to make content decisions.
• Experience with content management systems and customer engagement platforms.
• Good understanding of social media & creative design.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
