Kredivo Group in Indonesia seeks a strategic Content Marketing Specialist to lead end-to-end content strategies that drive engagement, strengthen brand presence, and support campaign objectives. You will shape how the brand communicates across in-app, email, push, social, and website channels.

You will collaborate with Growth, Product, Social Media and Creative teams to plan content calendars, oversee creation and publishing, and analyze performance to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of marketing experience, especially in-app campaigns.
• Ability to develop original content aligned with business objectives.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt messaging across channels.
• Strong data analysis skills to leverage performance metrics for content decisions.
• Experience with content management systems and customer engagement platforms.
• Good understanding of social media and creative design.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Develop, strategize, and execute content supporting marketing campaign objectives and brand identity.
• Develop and maintain campaign calendars for content production and distribution across all channels (in-app, newsletter, push, social, website).
• Oversee creation, editing and publishing of content across all channels.
• Analyze content and campaign performance using relevant metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with Growth, Product, Social Media and Creative teams to develop and execute campaigns.
