The role oversees monthly financial processes, ensuring compliance, and strengthening governance around trade spend, commitments, and distributor finances. Collaboration with CCD, Sales, Supply Chain, and Accounting is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field is required.
• 4–5 years in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or related roles in FMCG/healthcare.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of trade spend, distributor finance, accruals, forecasting, and month-end close.
• Audit firm background (Big 4) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain Trade & Ethical Discount Monitoring Reports.
• Conduct Monthly Actual Commitment Review aligned to budgets/forecasts.
• Perform Open PO Reviews for month-end closing.
• Run Monthly OPEX Monitoring and highlight variances/rotential risks.
• Coordinate with CCD, Sales, Finance for accurate trade spend reporting.
• Support Month End Closing, accruals, provisions, and reclasses.
