Job summary

Mars is seeking a Supply Planning Manager to lead end-to-end supply planning for the cluster, coordinating multiple manufacturing sites to ensure product availability and cost efficiency. You will translate demand plans into rolling supply plans, manage OTIF targets, and work with S&OP, Logistics, and Sales to optimize inventory and drive business growth.

The role requires strong analytical skills, FMCG experience, and excellent stakeholder management, with English fluency and proficiency in MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of supply planning and supply chain experience.
• FMCG experience required with strong analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Kinaxis or similar planning tools preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder, conflict, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English (verbal and written) and proficient MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply planning strategy and execution for the cluster.
• Translate demand plans into supply and replenishment actions.
• Manage OTIF targets and service levels for products.
• Lead cross-functional task forces to mitigate shortages.
• Collaborate with S&OP, Logistics, and Sales for launches and phase-outs.
• Monitor inventory health and optimize safety stock across warehouses.
