Mitr Phol Group in Jakarta, Indonesia seeks a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to lead the Indonesia business's financial strategy and governance, partnering with the CEO of International Business and the Mitr Phol CFO in Thailand to drive sustainable growth across four mills and supporting operations.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in Finance & Accounting, including 5 years in senior leadership, fluent English, and professional certifications (CPA/CA/ACCA/CFA).

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Industry experience in manufacturing, agribusiness, sugar, food processing, or related sectors is strongly preferred.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Leadership to drive EBITDA, cash flow, ROIC, and shareholder returns.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning for the business and mills.
• Oversee financial reporting and consolidation with Group Finance in Thailand.
• Treasury, cash flow management, and working capital optimization.
• Taxation, transfer pricing, and regulatory compliance.
• JV management & negotiations, and cross-border collaborations.
• Group policy adoption, governance, and system implementations.
• Lead finance team development and stakeholder engagement at executive level.
