Job summary

Asiacruit invites a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead our multi-entity Indonesian organization. You will shape financial strategy, governance, and profitability while strengthening internal controls and coordinating across branches.

The role requires extensive expertise in financial planning, reporting, treasury, taxation, and stakeholder management, with a preference for Chinese professionals residing in Indonesia. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field from a reputable university.
Master's degree is an advantage.
Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, CFA or equivalent are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute short-term and long-term financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
Advise CEO and Board on financial performance, investments, risk management and growth opportunities.
Drive profitability initiatives and optimize P&L across the organization.
Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions.
Oversee financial operations across multiple branches, units, and subsidiaries.
Consolidate financial reports and ensure timely reporting across entities.
Ensure PSAK, IFRS, and corporate accounting policies are applied consistently.
Manage treasury, cash flow, working capital, and capital structure.
Lead annual budgeting and business planning across entities.
Develop rolling forecasts and long-term projections.
Monitor performance against budget and objectives.
Conduct modelling, scenario analysis and performance evaluations.
Establish robust internal controls and risk management frameworks.
Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and compliance risks.
Ensure taxation compliance and statutory reporting.
Promote governance best practices and risk management.
Oversee SAP B1 usage across finance functions and drive system improvements.
Ensure data accuracy and reporting integrity across entities.
Prepare timely monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports.
Present performance to senior leadership and the Board; coordinate external audits.
Lead negotiations with banks, investors, and financing facilities.
Support M&A, restructuring, and strategic financial transactions.
