Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or related field.
• At least 8 years of working experience in event management, marketing, or campaign execution or 2 years as similar position.
• Experience in the shopping mall, retail, or lifestyle industry is highly desirable.
• Creative thinker with strong project management skills, expert in marketing campaign and event, strong knowledge of branding, consumer engagement strategies.
• Strong leadership with good communication skills.
• An analytical mind and strong problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a ‘can-do’ attitude.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns that drive brand recognition, traffic, and engagement.
• Lead the planning & execution of online & offline marketing campaign
• Design and organize impactful events to enhance customer engagement and experience
• Conduct research on industry trends, customer behavior and so on to create innovative and competitive campaigns and events
• Managing budget for campaign and event. Ensure cost-effective execution without compromising quality
