Job description

Develop strategies to increase clinic productivity, patient volume, and profitability without relying solely on new branch openings.

Develop and execute dental marketing strategies to attract new patients and increase brand awareness as a premium dental clinic.

Monitor marketing performance, patient acquisition costs, conversion rates, and return on marketing investment for dental treatments.

Identify and establish partnerships with corporations, insurance providers, communities, schools, and other relevant organizations for dental corporate packages.

Analyze dental chair occupancy, doctor productivity, and treatment mix (Orthodontic, Implant, Veneer, General) to optimize clinic revenue.

Develop programs to increase high-value dental cases (Behel, Veneer, Implant, Aligner) and improve patient treatment acceptance rate.

Create patient retention and recall system (scaling reminder, retainer check-up) to increase patient lifetime value.

Conduct market research on dental industry trends, competitor pricing, and new dental technologies.

Collaborate with Head Doctor and Operations to launch new dental services and promo packages.

Present business growth report, patient funnel analytics, and partnership ROI to Directors on a weekly & monthly basis.
