Responsibilities

• Comply with company regulations and participate in trainings and meetings.
• Coordinate with bank personnel at branch offices and promote sales to meet targets.
• Provide training on insurance demand planning, sales skills, product knowledge and compliance.
• Handle daily distribution and collection of documents and support claims and after-sales services.
• Report violations or risks and propose improvements in a timely manner.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors and comply with regulator rules.
• Adhere to company and regional/global rules and business operations processes.
• Act with integrity and honesty; avoid false financial notes or information.
