Job summary

PT Shiva Industries Indonesia is seeking a Business Development Manager to own new account acquisition and territory growth. You will sell a capital-equipment solution into hospitality groups, property management companies, and related facilities, requiring a consultative, relationship-driven approach.

You will identify and develop new accounts across hotels, resorts, villas, and commercial properties in Bali and expansion territories, manage the full sales cycle, and coordinate with operations

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience in industrial equipment, hospitality procurement, or sustainability products.
• Strong command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Comfortable presenting technical product information to sophisticated buyers, not just relationship-based selling.
• Self-directed and territory-oriented with ability to manage accounts across multiple islands.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new accounts across hotels, resorts, villas, and commercial properties in Bali and expansion territories.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through technical presentation, proposal, and close.
• Understand and clearly communicate the technical differentiation of Shiva's machines against competitors.
• Maintain disciplined CRM and pipeline reporting.
• Represent Shiva professionally in a competitive landscape where former affiliates and competitors target our customer base.
• Coordinate with operations and engineering teams to ensure what is sold matches what is deliverable.
