Job summary

Talent Search Recruitment - Indonesia is seeking a Senior Client Relation Executive to manage and nurture relationships with corporate clients across General Insurance. The role focuses on renewals, endorsements, and servicing while coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions.

You will identify upsell opportunities, coordinate with Placement and Finance, and maintain high client satisfaction. Ability to visit clients and communicate in English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience in insurance.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in General Insurance within broker or financial services.
• Proven experience in client relationship management, account handling, or business development in insurance.
• Strong understanding of General Insurance products including Property, Liability, and Financial Lines.
• Experience with corporate clients and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with assigned corporate clients and ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Support renewals, endorsements, and servicing; coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client needs.
• Communicate policy changes, quotations, and proposals; follow up to completion of renewals.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow revenue from existing clients.
• Collaborate with Placement and Finance to deliver solutions and improve profitability.
• Prospect new clients and contribute to business development initiatives.
