Job summary

CV Kreatif Boga Sukses is seeking a seasoned Accounting Manager to lead all accounting activities for the company and its outlet network. You will ensure accurate, complete, and timely monthly financial reporting, manage closing, general ledger, and reconciliations, and drive robust internal controls.

You will develop accounting SOPs, implement structured reporting systems, oversee tax obligations including PB1/PBJT for restaurants, and mentor the team to meet targets and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 8 years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.
• Preferred experience in F&B multi-outlet companies, retail chains, or multi-branch organisations.
• Proficiency in financial reporting, PSAK, general ledger, and financial closing.
• Understanding of inventory accounting, cost accounting, and COGS.
• Understanding of corporate taxation, PB1/PBJT on food and beverages, including regional tax regulations.
• Experience in developing accounting SOPs and financial reporting systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all accounting activities of the company and outlet network.
• Ensure accurate, complete, and timely preparation of monthly financial reports.
• Develop and establish accounting SOPs and structured financial reporting systems.
• Manage monthly closing processes, general ledger, and account reconciliation.
• Oversee inventory recording, cost accounting, and COGS calculations.
• Prepare and analyse profit and loss reports for the company and individual outlets.
• Ensure alignment of transaction data from POS, online platforms, and accounting systems.
• Oversee reconciliation and recording of tax obligations, including PB1/PBJT for restaurants.
• Conduct financial report analysis and provide recommendations to management.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the accounting team.
