Job summary

SabiKerja, representing a prominent food and beverage company, is seeking a Sr Accounting Supervisor to oversee accounting operations across the Head Office and a new bakery factory, with growth into multiple branches.

You will ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain COA integrity, and partner with the Accounting Controller to improve processes and sustain reliable financial operations across entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience preparing accurate financial statements.
• Experience in F&B, retail, or multi-branch businesses preferred.
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and comfortable handling financial data.
• Hands-on and able to handle administrative tasks.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise accounting operations and ensure accurate reports, COA, and data.
• Review and verify accounting transactions, records, and documents.
• Oversee and guide 2 Accounting Admins while remaining hands-on with tasks.
• Support accounting processes across multiple entities and branches as the business expands.
• Coordinate with tax vendors and ensure accounting and tax processes run properly.
• Work closely with the Accounting Controller to improve accounting flow and resolve issues.
