Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business-related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances.
• Proven ability to identify, negotiate, and manage complex partnerships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of the non-profit sector.

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and secure new strategic partnerships with corporations, foundations, and NGOs.
• Develop and implement partnership strategies to support organizational goals and program objectives.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring continued engagement and collaboration.
• Negotiate partnership agreements, MOUs, and contracts.
