Job summary

Catalyst is seeking a Store Supervisor for our Jamtangan.com store network in the Bandung area to lead a frontline team and ensure exceptional service.

You will drive sales, develop staff, and build client relationships while upholding brand standards and SOPs. This role requires a hands-on manager who can coach, mentor and promote a positive store culture to boost customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• 2 years of work experience as a Store Supervisor.
• Excellent ability in team management and development.
• Proven role model in selling skills, floor management, training, and Visual Merchandising (VM).
• Attractive, confident, high level in social and networking skills
• Excellent service orientation, ensuring customer satisfaction based on SOP, while mastering brand knowledge to act as a trusted watch consultant.
• Willing to work in Jamtangan.com Store Jabotabek area when needed.
