• Target-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to rotate across stores or areas as needed.
• Strong local network and market knowledge within the region.
• High level of ownership, resilience, and adaptability in a dynamic retail environment.

What You’ll Do

Drive sales growth by leading and motivating retail teams across assigned stores.
