Job summary

Samara Chocolates is seeking a Store Supervisor to actively participate in daily store operations while driving performance improvements and sales. The role blends hands-on Store Staff duties with leadership responsibilities to coach a team and optimize customer experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in F&B, strong upselling and communication skills, and the ability to manage shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the F&B industry (required).
• Experience as Store Supervisor / Leader / Senior Staff (preferred).
• Understand F&B outlet operations and customer service.
• Have sales and upselling capabilities.

Samara Chocolates is seeking a Store Supervisor (SPV) with experience in the F&B industry who is ready to be directly involved in store operations. This is a hybrid role: performing Store Staff duties during shifts while being responsible for helping improve store performance and sales.

Key responsibilities

Serve customers and ensure good customer experience

About you
