Job summary

The Harvest Samarinda is seeking a store supervisor to lead outlet operations, drive sales performance, and ensure adherence to company standards in a fast-paced retail F&B setting. You will manage sales targets, control costs and labor budgets, evaluate staff performance, and coordinate with marketing on promotions.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in retail F&B, a diploma or higher preferred in Hospitality/Tourism, and strong leadership with comfort using digital tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: SMK/SMA; preferred D3/S1 in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or Tourism
• Minimum 1 year experience in the same position in retail F&B industry
• Strong leadership qualities
• Proficient with current digital technology
• Understanding of retail F&B industry business processes
• Willing to be placed in The Harvest Samarinda
