Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct visits to MR DIY stores to check service standards and report findings.
• Perform mystery shopping and store observations independently and document results.
• Inspect store infrastructure to ensure a comfortable shopping environment for customers.
• Handle complaints in the store and collaborate with staff to resolve issues.
• Coach, counsel and mentor store teams to promote customer-centric culture and adherence to standards.
• Provide daily briefings to store staff across shifts and participate in training on customer service excellence.
• Lead by example in daily sales and customer interactions to demonstrate expected service levels.
• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly activity reports; provide insights to improve service quality.
