Job summary

MR.DIY Indonesia is seeking a Customer Service Training Specialist to visit stores, run daily briefings, and coach staff to uphold service excellence. You will monitor quality, prepare reports, and analyze customer data to identify improvements. Based in Yogyakarta with potential for transfers as needed.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in retail or service excellence, with willingness to work weekends and rotating shifts across stores.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years in retail, customer service, or service excellence.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
• Based in Yogyakarta; willing to transfer as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Visit 6 stores per week (1–2 per day) to assess service quality.
• Conduct daily briefing sessions across all shifts.
• Deliver customer service training to store staff.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and mentoring on service excellence.
• Conduct Service Quality Monitoring to ensure company standards.
• Prepare and submit performance and service quality reports.
• Analyze customer behavior, trends, and survey data for improvements.
• Conduct Mystery Shopping assessments to evaluate service quality.
