Job summary

MR.DIY Indonesia is seeking a Service Quality Ambassador to uphold superb customer service across MR.DIY stores in Java. The role includes QA visits, coaching staff, and reporting on observations to drive improvements.

You will deliver customer service excellence training, supervise daily operations, and analyze performance data while supporting shifts and potential relocations as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service / CS training / CS quality in retail.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Willing to relocate as needed.
• Willing to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Visit stores to check service standards and quality.
• Conduct and report on Mystery Shopping and other observations.
• Inspect store infrastructure to ensure a comfortable shopping environment.
• Handle in-store complaints.
• Collaborate with store teams to ensure friendly, professional service.
• Provide coaching, counseling & mentoring to staff.
• Deliver customer service excellence training.
• Engage in daily sales to set example.
• Prepare and analyze daily to quarterly activity reports and provide insights.

A,Service Quality Assurance

1. Conducting visits and checking service standards at all assigned stores
2. Conducting and reporting on Mystery Shopping and observation activities performed independently by the Service Ambassador
3. Inspecting store infrastructure to ensure a comfortable shopping environment for customers at MR DIY stores
4. Handling complaint in the store
5. Collaborating effectively with the store team to ensure customer is treated with friendliness, professionalism and in accorance with company service standards.

B. Coaching, Counseling & Mentoring

1. Developing a customer centric culture across the organization, emphasizing the importance of customer satisfaction and advocacy in every store deployed
2. Providing daily briefings to store staff across all shifts including morning and afternoon briefings
3. Greeting and exemplifying customer service while present in the store included gather customer insights, endorse promotion and customer survey review

C Training

1. Training and delivering customer service excellence training to store staff on all prepared materials

D. Sales

1. Conducting daily sales in order to give an example to the store team

E. Reporting

1. Preparing and analyzing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly activity reports
2. Providing insights to improve customer service processed, efficiency or the quality of service provided to customers to customer service management and /or the store team

• Min. Diploma or Bachelor degree any major
