Job summary

PT Hero Retail Nusantara is seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, manage, and oversee store openings, renovations, and fit-out projects from planning through completion.

You will coordinate budgets, timelines, and resources, review BoQ and vendor quotations, and ensure adherence to safety standards and brand requirements. Travel to site locations is expected as part of project delivery. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to lead cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or similar role, preferably in retail or store development.
• Proven experience in BoQ, cost estimation, project budgeting, and cost control.
• Strong understanding of construction, renovation, fit-out, MEP, and store development processes.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, layouts, specifications, and scope of work.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee projects including store opening, renovation, refurbishment, fit-out, and store improvement from planning through completion.
• Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource plans to ensure delivery targets.
• Prepare, review, and ensure BoQ accuracy, project budget, materials, and requirements alignment.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor progress, costs, quality, and material usage to align with the project plan and BoQ.
• Review vendor quotations, scope of work, costs, and variation orders; support negotiation with vendors and contractors.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure work meets drawings, specs, and timelines.
• Identify risks and delays and develop solutions to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure activities comply with company standards, safety rules, and regulations; coordinate handover and project closing.
• Prepare regular reports on progress, budget, risks, and overall status for management.
