Job summary

Larusso Group Indonesia is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction, renovation, relocation, and store openings from planning through completion. You will manage timelines, budgets, quality standards, and coordinate all stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within approved parameters.

About you: Minimum S1 degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field; 3–5 years of experience as Project Manager or Coordinator, preferably in retail

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience as Project Manager or Project Coordinator, preferably in retail, construction, interior, or commercial projects.
• Experience managing construction, renovation, or store opening projects.
• Understanding of civil, interior, electrical, plumbing, and MEP work.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Capability to manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites or store locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans from initiation through completion, including timelines, targets, and milestones.
• Monitor and control project scope, budget, quality, and progress to ensure alignment with schedules.
• Identify potential project constraints and risks, and prepare mitigation solutions.
• Manage store opening, renovation, relocation, and construction projects.
• Ensure all store requirements including civil, interior, electrical, plumbing, signage, and supporting facilities meet established standards.
• Monitor field work progress and verify compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Source, evaluate, and coordinate vendors and contractors involved in projects.
• Conduct briefings and provide work direction to vendors and contractors.
• Serve as primary project contact and coordinate all involved parties.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and progress reports.
