Job summary

Erajaya Active Lifestyle is seeking a Project Manager to oversee store-related projects, including new openings, refurbishments, and closures, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. You will coordinate with vendors, landlords, and internal teams to resolve on-site issues and ensure proper documentation and compliance.

• Minimum 3 years in project management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control project execution for new stores, refurbishments, maintenance, and closures to ensure timelines, quality standards, and approved budgets are met.
• Resolve on-site issues by providing quick, effective solutions.
• Oversee and verify all project documentation to ensure compliance with procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors, malls/landlords, and internal departments regarding critical issues, additional work, materials, or costs.
• Collaborate with shared functions (e.g., SITAC, QC, OE) to support smooth project delivery and business targets.
• Identify project risks, plan mitigation strategies, and manage scope changes.
• Ensure deliverables meet defined quality standards and company requirements.
• Prepare regular progress reports and provide analysis of on-site and overall project performance.
