Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management, team leadership and international brand market entry.
• Diploma (D3) preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Sales Management: Drive store sales to meet targets by developing local strategies aligned with global objectives.
• Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and manage a multicultural team.
• Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels and supplier coordination.
• Customer Service: Maintain high service standards and address queries.
• Financial Management: Manage the store budget and financial reporting.
• Store Presentation: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store.
• Marketing & Promotions: Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and brand alignment.
• Safety & Security: Ensure health and safety compliance and loss prevention.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare reports and provide insights to headquarters.
